- Resume all sales initiatives targeted to Key clients in the ICT industry including the preparation, submission and follow up till closure of the technical and financial proposals.
- Identify and segment strategic opportunities in key market sectors.
- Interface, drive and lead supportive peer groups (Pre-sales, PM, Logistics Finance) in the company to ensure achieving his business targets as set by the senior sales management.
- Develop new relationships and partnerships internally and externally extending the existing relation with the key customers.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and sales presentations for key clients.
- Execute, lead qualification and prioritization as well as market segmentation initiatives.
- Manage all applicable accounts; executing account planning, management, accurate forecasting of 1 or 2 Key Accounts driving.
- Drive pricing and contract negotiation of client deal terms, in conjunction with senior Sales, Finance and Legal teams.
- Develop business relations with VARs and other suppliers providing customers with total solutions.
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction issues, recommending corrective action as necessary.
- Prepare periodical activity and business forecasting reports.
- Prepare proposals and ensure the quality of the proposals to keep the company’s image.
- Follow up with the PM department to guarantee project proper delivery, customer satisfaction and money collection.
