A leading company in Saudi Arabia looking for Talented candidate for "REGIONAL TRAINING DIRECTOR" position.
The Regional Training Director is responsible for supporting the company’s high standard of operational excellence and the company’s growth strategy by designing and delivering all training initiatives for all company and franchise restaurants. This position provides leadership to a team of 3-4 trainers that assist with on-the-job training for new hires at all levels. As an organizational development leader, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and providing recommendations for improvement to management teams is an important ongoing responsibility. This position also maintains the structure of the Learning Management System (Training Academy coming soon) plans and organizes global needs of new store openings, new menu roll outs, promotions, team building activities, and performs all other duties that are relevant to leading the company’s training and development.
Essential Duties-
• Facilitate classroom and remote learning courses and programs, including Learn to Lead for all Store Manager and above positions
• Assist in facilitation of restaurant training of team members, assistants and store managers and area managers
• Coordinate all MIT training in partnership with the Operations and ensure program management, validating MIT path and conducting MIT Coach backs
• Drive high level Teach backs
• Develop Training Coordinators and Store Level Trainers
• Conduct regular Passion for People workshops
• Ensure all training material is relevant, consistent, in use and adhered to as the standard
• Certify Training Restaurants and in partnership with the Operations to ensure proper environments for management training
• Conduct Training Audits and Validations
• Provide expertise around all hourly and management training
• Partner with Home Office to create effective training tools
• Provide feedback on all tests and test materials
• Takes initiative

• 50-75% car and air travel, overnight travel required
