On behalf of a global fast-food retail chain we are seeking a Menu Management Consultant to join their Riyadh team.
Reporting to the Marketing Director you will be responsible to ensure creation of executable restaurant operational platforms for food products/concepts in the support of business goals. Collaborate with other teams and departments to anticipate restaurant operational impact of new products/concepts and integrate the implementation of multiple new products/concepts across the system.
Contribute to the development of the Annual Marketing Strategic Plan and Budget
Develop recommendations to address strategic menu needs, Identification of new operational platforms and/or modification of existing platforms to enable new product entries into the restaurant.
Ensures a customer-focused product development process.
Ensures that Operations and Supply Chain functions provide input on the operational feasibility of new product concepts/prototypes and product platforms under consideration.
Conduct predictive analysis studies based on past sales, seasonality, promotions, new products etc. and make recommendations for new platforms.
Study sales data related to promotions, core products and the related shifts and incremental sales to make timely recommendations on product-mix.
Study new products from different markets and the possibility of introducing the same.
Conduct research prior to the launch of new promotions and platforms and recommends initiatives.
Continually evaluates the effectiveness of the product mix and test platforms.
Monitors and ensures effective implementation of the approved planned platform.
Works closely with Supply Chain and Operations teams to improve processes, leverage resources, provide efficiencies across Menu Management and ensure operational readiness for the product platforms.
• Develops a Test and Learn Calendar for introduction of new products.
• Oversees the coordination, management, and refinement of operations testing for new products/concepts
