Systematically including departmental mini audit as and when required.

• Monitor implementation of vessel HSE incentive and Behavioral (BBSI) program.
• Reporting and rectifying deviations and non‐conformances in the HSE System.
• Review proposals for preventive and/or corrective actions.
• Supervising the progress of preventive and/or correction actions and trend of the type of NCR/CAR being raised.
• Conduct and compile management operational visit report to all vessels in the fleet.
• Advising ships personnel of Charterer’s Safety requirements and attending Charter’s Safety meetings.
• Conduct incident investigations and compile full reports as appropriate.
• Conduct induction training for on signing crews for the vessels under his care.
• All other duties as requested by the Senior Management.

 

Communications and Working Relationships:

• Approved Aramco Port Safety Officer / Chief Mate (minimum).

Physical Requirements of the Job - If Applicable

•  The job will require travel locally and International.
