This is an exciting opportunity to join a start up in Riyadh, part of a well known family organisation. This will be a global project, headquartered in Riyadh.

Client Details

A new start up business linked to a well known family organisation in KSA.

Description

• Set up the HR function, handling all polices & procedures for KSA, employee services and compliance with Saudi employment law
• Recruit the team for the start up, sourcing international best practice candidates for the business (will be a large part of the role at the start)
• Member of the senior leadership team, drive changes and decisions
• Responsible for all employee services
• Oversee KSA HR budget
• Monitor all legal requirements in line with KSA employment law
• 
  
  
  Profile
  
• Strong recruitment experience, proven capability in sourcing and networking with international candidates
• At least 8 years HR experience, with a large part dedicated to recruitment
• Experience within a manufacturing or business services organisation, multinational exposure is essential and ideally has also worked in a KSA start up/entrepreneurial business
• Full working knowledge of KSA employment law and proven compliance experience
• Strong leadership qualities and be able to influence senior stakeholders
• Candidates must be based in Riyadh and MUST have KSA experience - you will not be considered without this.
