My client is a Saudi owned holding company based in Jeddah, KSA.
This is an exciting and challenging role for a senior HR professional to come in and implement the HR strategy and policies with complete autonomy for this evolving business.
The HR Manager will develop and implement the HR strategy, policies and procedures covering areas such as salary grading structures, recruitment, performance management, training & development, local procurement & administration functions in coordination with the affiliates/SBU’s.
Provide the lead role on the formulation and delivery of the HR strategy and key long-term people objectives. This includes facilitating the appropriate senior management review and approval.
Liaise with senior leadership to ensure the HR strategy links to the overall strategy, external good practices and Affiliates /SBU’s specific requirements.
Develop and monitor the HR policies and procedures covering salary and grading structures, recruitment, performance management, training & development and LP & admin, activities in conjunction with the affiliates /SBU’s - this includes ensuring compliance with labor law and Saudization programs.
Ensure the integration of HR policies and procedures across affiliates /SBU’s.
Manage HR shared support services provided for the holding, & affiliates /SBU’s.
Oversee the effective implementation of annual HR strategy processes (such as workforce planning and succession planning) and resolve any issues as appropriate.
Provide consultative support to the affiliates /SBU’s and other departments in the Holding company based on their specific business needs.
Monitor and evaluate the organizational structure and staffing levels to accomplish group goals and objectives in liaison with input from all business units.
Create, implement and administer employee career development and competency management processes that successfully link employee interests, ambitions and skill requirements with the goals of the holding and the group.
Provide overall management of employee government related relations, including issuance of visas, residencies, identity cards for the group employees.
Provide guidance and development to assigned staff and encourage individual development
Manage & control all aspects related to LP & Administration function, extending the quality & cost-effective services to the requirements of holding company, affiliates /SBU’s including (Government relation, administration services, insurance and local procurement)
