Responsibilities:
- Manage the Operations department (30+ Headcounts) in KSA.
- Manage and increase the fleet of Jeeny drivers.
- Participate in the pricing structure of the App.
- Analyze drivers and customer behavior to achieve the best request to boarding results.
- Driver events, promotions.
- Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.
- P&N responsibility.
- Evaluate the efficiency of business procedures.
- Proactively apply improvements and practical solutions.
- Ability to demonstrate achievements of results e.g. business improvements, cost savings, revenue generation.
- Report directly to the VP of operations.
