• مسؤول عن كافة أعمال الجودة والهايجين وسلامة الغذاء والتقييم بالمطاعم الخاصة بالشركة و إعداد تقارير شهرية و اسبوعية عنها.
• عمل تدريب كامل لكافة العاملين داخل المطابخ في مجال السلامة الغذائية.
• مراقبة نوعية المواد المستخدمة و تاريخ صلاحيتها قبل استخدامها.
•
اعداد خطه تطويريه قصيرة المدى (3 شهور) وطويلة المدى (اكثر من عام) موضحا فيها اهداف القسم وتطلعاته وخطوات العمل التطويري بجوده وكفاءه.
•
اعداد التقارير المطلوبه (اسبوعيه، شهريه، سنويه) لمعاونة الادارات الاخرى لسرعة اتخاذ القرار المناسب من جهة أعمال الجودة والهايجين.
•
مسؤول عن توافر كل المواد اللازمه للعمليات التشغيليه بكميات تتناسب مع حجم وطبيعة العمل لكل قسم، ومراقبة المستهلك والتالف واعدامه حسب الأنظمة المتبعه.
•
مسؤول عن مراقبة الجوده ورضاء العميل وسرعة الخدمه ومراقبة المنافسين المحليين وعمليات التشغيل لديهم وعمل المقارنات وعرضها للاداره المباشره.

. تحديد متطلبات الجودة وتحديد المواد الخام مع الموردين
مراقبة مواد التعبئةو التغليف الغذائية و التأكد من سلامتها الصحية ومطابقتها لمتطلبات الجودة من هيئة الغذاء والدواء.
Responsible for all quality, hygiene, food safety and evaluation work at the company's restaurants and monthly and weekly reports.
• Complete training for all staff within kitchens in food safety.
• Control the quality and validity of the materials used before use.
•
Prepare a short-term development plan (3 months) and long-term (more than a year), explaining the objectives of the department and its aspirations and steps of development work with quality and efficiency.
•
Prepare the required reports (weekly, monthly, yearly) to help other departments to quickly make the right decision on the part of the work of quality and hygienists.
•
Responsible for the availability of all materials necessary for the operational processes in quantities commensurate with the size and nature of work for each department, and control the consumer and the destruction and execution according to the regulations followed.
•
Responsible for quality control, customer satisfaction, speed of service, control of local competitors, their operations, comparisons, and direct management.
•
. Identify quality requirements and identify raw materials with suppliers
Monitoring food packaging materials and ensuring their safety and compliance with the quality requirements of the Food and Drug Authority.
