The holder of that position is responsible for receiving, safeguarding and delivering the funds of the outlet. In addition, this position has the responsibility of reflecting of reflecting a good image of the outlet and of the company itself. The holder of that position coordinates with the tram leader in order to keep a smooth operational performance of the outlet with the objective of service the clients in the best way.
Key responsibilities
• Assumes responsibility in physically opening the outlet
• Turns on all electrical power for the air conditioning machines, display fridges, and for all the electrical equipment in the kitchen
• Trains and assists the newly hired staff
• Coordinates with the team leader in checking the fridges
• Implements tasks as per checklist: opening and closing checklists
• Handles and deals with secured cash funds and places them in the point of sale machine
• Assumes responsibility of all staff hygiene
• Assumes responsibility for all al the outlet hygiene
• Assists the kitchen sections as per needed
• Greats clients
• Implements a face to face interaction with the clients to take their orders
• Directs clients and assists them in order to choose
• Performs a certain level of upselling
• Checks fridge temperature (Redundant with team leader)
• Checks the room hygiene as per clients traffic requirement
• Coordinates with internal or external maintenance staff for maintaining machines and equipment
• Displaces safely the outlet funds from the safe of the outlet to the truck on a daily basis: it is not clear how safe in this procedure
• Resolves staff behavioral problems
• Filling daily sales checklists
• Follows up with maintenance companies
• Assumes responsibility for filling on the behalf of the staff outlet their administration and maintenance requests, making sure it reaches main office
• Assumes responsibility for the front of the house cleaners
• Takes charge for ordering the outlet store items
• Provides assistance in making sure a high level of clients’ satisfaction is reached
• Assimilates clients’ problems and disseminates clients’ anger and dissatisfaction
• Sets up a daily report dividing between lunch and dinner sales
• Closes the duty station: point of sale- filling the outlet closing report
• Check if all kitchen equipment are off including charcoal and gaz. Checks if expiry dates are on respective items in addition to the oil filter, clean floor, clean fridges, and all front of the house electrical equipment
• Makes sure that staff do not take tools, food item, or food ingredients with them
• Assumes responsibility for a continuous smooth work schedule and sets this schedule in coordination with the team leader
• Assumes responsibility for prayer opening and closing time
• Assumes responsibility and coordinates staff over time and sums them up
• Responsible for performing the store inventory
