Incubator is eligible to a dedicated orientation program at the beginning of the incubation period as well as all along his incubation period. The attendance to this orientation program is a must to remain an incubator.
An incubator is expected to stay incubator during 1 year at least. However, the business manager can request the transfer of the incubator on a vacant position (to be approved by the division manager)
The Associate Functional Consultant/Incubator assists in the configuration of business processes in the area of assigned SAP ERP module. He/She will work assist the project team in the definition of process and configurations in the system. He/She will support in requirement gathering, configuration and testing.
-During the 1st year, the incubator will have access to formal e-learning training in the functional area assigned, on integration of business processes, and need to pass the certification exam.
-The 1st year will be cross functional and need to spend time in the various areas of the department.
-Learn, Configure, test, and implement assigned SAP module business processes and ensure SAP standard is followed, minimizing customization
-Support the resolution of functional issues/bugs identified during implementation, testing, and post-Go Live
-Assist in documenting all aspects of the assigned SAP module implementation (e.g. business blueprint design, application configuration, functional specifications, test plans, business process procedures etc.)
-Assist in providing training to users in using the solutions
