• Act as both a liaison and an advisor and provide technical expertise on HR issues to staff and management. Coach and train operational departments on various aspects of the business from a Human Resource prospective
• Ensure compliance with company corporate policies/processes.
• Manage the performance management system, to include developing and monitoring performance evaluations, performance development plans, and performance improvement plans
• Co-ordinate and facilitate assessment centers, liaising with the business to engage and assess employees.
• Conduct skills gap analyses to determine employees TNA.
• Supporting the overall development of capability across the organization.
• Support in implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.
• Work closely with the HRIS manager to collect and coordinate aggregate data for talent pool and translate those data into insights through data analysis
• Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, and succession planning
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with HR business partners and other parts of the HR function
• work closely with consultants to take all aspects of the organization talent strategy into different location of the company
• Assists in the implementation of programs that aim to develop organization's talent employees
• Developing and maintaining management & personal development programs
