*Manage the accounting activities and the month end close process .
*ensuring the appropriate application of accounting standards and company policies and timely review and posting of journal entries and reconciliations
*identify and institute process improvements where necessary to enable the accounting team to scale with the business.
* assist in implementing , documenting and monitoring of key controls around accounting process including leading the creation and maintenance of process documentation .
*lead timely month financial statement
* build and maintain accounting dashboards including overall team progress on deadlines month end close recaps
* set & monitor cost control policy & procedure.
* manage all activities which is related with budgeting.
