Managerial Responsibilities:

1. 
   
2. Provide direction, advice and coaching to the Division Heads within the Sector in performing their
   

delegated responsibilities and monitor their achievements.

2. 
   
3. Participate in developing strategy and the Business Plan. Manage the strategy execution and
   

control Department’s annual budget,

3. 
   
4. Review all periodic performance reports prepared by Division Heads and consolidate the
   

Department’s performance report to advise respective VP on the progress of all work under

his/her control.

4. 
   
5. Provide professional development plans and perform periodic performance appraisals for Division
   

Heads (in coordination with the HR)

5. 
   
6. Ensure that all Departments staff acquire the required skills and knowledge through appropriate
   

training programs to hit the targets and fulfill operational priorities (Profit, reliability, safety and

environmental requirements).

7. Manage and monitor the Department’s projects and programs to achieve set performance targets
   

and objectives.

 

Functional Responsibilities:

1. 
   
2. Develop, implement and follow up on the yearly Company budget. Define in collaboration with
   

YASREF organization heads and in accordance with management directives to minimize cost

without compromising safety and profitability.

2. 
   
3. Oversee the Finance Organization’s operations, including Management Accounting Organization
   

and Operations Accounting Organization, and provide guidance to their overall operations.

3. 
   
4. Establish and implement short and long-range organizational goals, objectives, policies, and
   

operating procedures for the organization. Monitor and coach the Organization Heads to help

them attaining their performance objectives.

4. 
   
5. Review the consolidated financial plan to ensure its alignment with the Company strategic
   

objectives, and provide recommendations to Management regarding the same.

5. 
   
6. Ensure financial statements are prepared on timely bases. Ensure compliance with the budgetary
   

reporting requirements.
