On behalf of one of our global clients we are seeking a talented Consultant, Saudisation Talent Acquisition. Based in their Riyadh Head office you will supervise, deliver, evaluate and review Saudisation Programs for all Saudis across the organisation in order to meet and adhere to Nationalisation requirements.
Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning.
• Implement and execute the strategy of achieving the Saudisation quota to be implemented across the organisation
• Streamline the workforce in line with Saudisation mandate of the organisation as well as Nitaqat
• Liaise with Ministries and other governmental entities to resolve problems and issues and deal with other government authorities and relevant bodies as required
• Maintain and promote effective relationships with government bodies and their staffs to ensure smooth Saudisation processes
• Conduct / administer selection processes including interviews, personality questionnaires to ensure effective process of the same.
• Review and recommend changes and updates to policies and procedures based on Saudi Government Saudisation policies and procedures as necessary
• Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talent for the unit
• Supervise, guide and assist direct reports to perform their daily activities in accordance with the policies and procedures
• Develop the team through effective use of the appraisal system, encouraging prioritization and time management, solving team problems and fostering team spirit
• Actively participate in on-the-job training, mentoring and coaching of direct reports
