We have a really exciting opportunity for one of our most prestigious clients who are one of the leading hotels and event planning. We are looking for a highly qualified Marketing and PR Executive to join our clients ever growing team. Our clients business continues to grow and transform they will always be looking for highly qualified and well talented candidates.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The position is mainly responsible to develop and implement the organizations marketing strategic, marketing communication, Public Relation, both external and internal. Also, it overseas the development and implementation of support materials and services for chapters in area of marketing, communications and PR.
1. Planning & develop the company marketing, communications/ Public Relation and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the organizations.
2. Responsible for the achievement of marketing/communication/ Public Relation goals and financial objectives and ensure that evaluation system are in place related to these goals and objectives and report progress to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
3. Arrange interviews with journalist prepare and distribute news release and make statements to the media with coordination with the company’s official speakers.
4. Overseeing all aspects and method of marketing within the organization and work it out to improve marketing and media strategies as per company requirements, in order to manage all the events (internal and external) including corporates with coordination of Event Director.
5. Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of comprehensive marketing , Public Relation and media that will enhance the organization’s image and position within the marketplace and general public, and facilitate internal and external communications.
6. Responsible for Marketing and PR communications/ media activities and materials including publications, media relations, client acquisitions and etc.
7. Ensure articulation of Organizations desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the Organizations, and assure communication of image and position to all constituencies, both internal and external.
8. Responsible and communicate with creative team for edit and design the appearance of all the organizations to print and electronic materials such as Letterhead, company logo, exhibitions cards, and brochures etc.
9. Working and forming relationships with various members of the media, government, and public, directors generate new business opportunities. Also work with advertising teams to ensure advertising campaigns are in line with the company's image and goals.
10. Gather data on competitors and analyzes their prices, sales and method of marketing and distribution.
11. Work with directors and senior staff and other concern to develop and maintain a strategic perspective based one market place and constituent needs and satisfaction in organizational direction program and services.
12. Keep aware of new trends techniques in the market and execute them when appropriate,.
13. Responsible for managing the public relations department and the content it delivers. And ensure that brand message is consistent, timely and relevant.
14. Strong relation with government department & society with good represent which impact with company business and company goals.
15. Producing accurate and high quality work.
16. Managing the PR aspects of a potential crisis.
17. Creating and identifying the our company website with new design and work it out with new brand and as per our level of standard.
18. Work with corporate and exhibition sales teams to work it out for exhibitions sponsors , co-sponsors and corporate events sponsors.
19. Using strategic thinking to deliver work that is aesthetically pleasing, thoughtful and visionary.
20. Interpreting the marketing & PR department business needs.
21. Creating and producing image and logo with a strong conceptual design, layout and refined use of typography.
22. Produce accurate and high quality work.
23. Sourcing & managing speaking and sponsorship opportunities.
24. Organize special events such as open days, visits, exhibitions and functions.
25. Plan Public Relations programs including the preparation of cost budgets.
26. Exhibits full dedication and schedule for marketing plan , in order to work for company growth.
27. Responsible to provide weekly and monthly report and analysis as per requirements.
28. Using innovation to redefine a design brief and meet the constraints of cost, time and client.
29. Performs all other duties as assigned by the Marketing & PR Manager OR CEO
