• Knowledge in system upgrades, integrations, and testing.
• Using Excel to upload basic data/import and export data.
• Using DMF to upload basic data, Chart of accounts, Vendors, Customers, Fixed assets, inventory items, and opening balances.
• Create workflows.
• Experience conducting requirements gathering for MS Dynamics AX 2012 R3 projects.
• Ability to schedule, collaborate, manage and lead meetings with Functional/Business team and Technical Consultants/Developers to ensure and validate each phase of the AX implementation for the company is being executed with the agreed/recommended solutions.
• Ability to translate all findings from a technical perspective and a business/operations perspective to formulate business requirements and specification documents (Fit-Gap analysis)
• Able to document detailed functional and technical specifications for MS Dynamics AX enhancements and integrations to other business applications
• Able to effectively communicate and work with external vendor teams, clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently to complete tasks.
• Provide Training and Support to our AX end users.
