• Work with the business and technical / system client stakeholder to understand the underlying technologies and systems
• Ability to conduct a system analysis by reviewing criticality of modules, data strength, new system or enhancement through meetings, brain storming meetings etc.
• Partner with onsite teams to prepare functional and non-functional requirement specifications document; for system enhancements- analyze and document impact of changes on the current system
• Scope the test data characteristics
• Seek approval on requirem+O19ents documentation
• For single vendor project or project where Cognizant acts as overseeing vendor - participate in walk-through meetings with the client, as required.
Design and Development:
• Post finalization of architecture and design, conduct briefing sessions with development and technology team to share requirements and relevant documents; resolve any queries;
• Provide support by reviewing design deliverables / outputs to ensure alignment with client specifications;
• For system enhancements - communicate (as part of the requirements) impact on existing systems to the development team.
Testing:
• Prepare test conditions and map the same to requirements;
• Coordinate pre-handover meetings with testing team to ensure requirements understanding;
• Validate test conditions and share the same with the testing team for execution;
• Validate test results in order to verify functionalities.
